What you will be able to do by the end

On the leadership side you will have an AI strategy tied to actual business goals, a written and enforceable AI usage policy, a clear read on where the EU AI Act applies to you and what documentation that requires, a security and data-protection position that accounts for shadow AI, and a defensible basis for choosing between Copilot for 365, ChatGPT Enterprise and Gemini for Workspace. You will be able to stand up internal assistants over your own knowledge base, scale automation with human oversight, run the training rollout, measure ROI, and keep a risk register and governance cadence that survives the next change in the rules. On the employee side, every team member gets safe use of approved tools, role-based playbooks for operations, HR, finance, sales, support and executive assistants, shared prompt libraries and practical day-to-day workflows.
